Customer Review:Great Place To Purchase These FiltersI've used these filters for about 2 years now for my Braun coffee maker and have always had to order them online. I was so happy to have found them available at Amazon.com. I always have the best online shopping experience at Amazon and the price is great. They arrived just in time for my next filter change and they are easy to install. Thanks for making them available. Bad water made right.We have the worlds worst water and can't believe the taste of coffee with these filters. What a difference. Hard to find ItemI was so pleased to find the filter for my coffee maker at Amazon. I had gone to the store where I had purchased the Braun appliance, and to my surprise, was told that they did not carry replacement filters for the Coffee maker. The delivery time of my purchase was prompt. I was not surprised by some bait and switch scheme it was exactly what I needed. Thanks for the positive online experience Keywords: Accessories;

Calphalon Commercial Hard-Anodized 2-1/2-Quart Shallow Saucepan with LidThis straight-sided 2-1/2-quart pan can be used for sauces and, covered with its flat lid, for stews and casseroles. Shallow (3 inches) in relation to its capacity and diameter (8-3/8 inches), this pan, unlike conventionally proportioned saucepans, exposes lots of surface and is therefore ideal for reducing sauces or even stocks and broths. Though it's not nonstick, like some Calphalon cookware, the matte-finish pan is anodized for stick-resistance as well as hardness. Metal utensils won't harm the surface. The contoured, textured handle is cast stainless steel and resists heating on the stovetop; it's also triple-riveted for durability and balance. Made of heavy-gauge aluminum, the pan cooks without hot spots or warping and carries a lifetime warranty against defects. --Fred Brack

Customer Review:Great item though not non-stickThe Calphalon Hard-Anodized saucepan is extremely strong and well built. It must be known however that Hard anodized is not the same as non-stick and need a few drops of oil. Other than that, the item is excellent. Bravo AmazonThis is the best cookware, at the best price, and would be one of the best values for any gourmet lover. Great Saucepan. It's hard to go wrong buying Calphalon stuff,it all seems to be really high quality.Personally I can only afford it when it is on sale! Luckily it is often marked down really well at Amazon. If you want cookware that will last a long time and clean up easily, this is it. George Foreman GR26CB Family Size Plus Grill with Cookbook, White
George Foreman; | Bissell 3106A Featherweight Lightweight Vacuum
Bissell; |
George Foreman GR26CB Family Size Plus Grill with Cookbook, WhiteWith nonstick cooking surfaces measuring 9 inches square, this family-size version of the celebrated George Foreman Lean Mean Fat- Reducing Grilling Machine grills four or five burgers or chicken breasts at once. The electric appliance's appeal lies in its simplicity and countertop convenience--not to mention its fat-fighting ability. The double-sided grill cooks burgers, steaks, chicken, sausage, fish, shrimp, and vegetables top and bottom in minutes. Grill marks not only look appetizing, they contribute caramelized flavor. The bottom grill's deep grooves collect fat, and the grill is sloped so the fat runs off into a dishwasher-safe plastic tray (two included) stationed under the unit's front. Because the grill is nonstick, cleanup is a snap: a quick scrape with a plastic spatula (two included) and a quick wipe with a paper towel or a sponge. Accompanying the grill is a 227-page cookbook containing recipes for such lip-smacking dishes as Halibut with Avocado Lemon Cream, Dijon Flank Steak, New Orleans Pork Ribs, Stuffed Green Chile Burgers, and Garlic Stuffed Red Potatoes. Overall, the grill measures 10-1/2 inches wide, 13 inches deep, and 6-1/2 inches high, and is clad in hard, gleaming, white plastic for a sleek appearance. --Fred Brack

Customer Review:lovely grill. i adore George.A bit bulky, but other than that it's a lovely grill. Get one and enjoy! LOVE IT!I love the Foreman Grill, I use it constantly & tell everyone I know to buy one. I am intimidated by the BBQ, but with this grill I feel like I am eating BBQ, only I cooked it on my kitchen counter.
The only thing I am not happy about it is I wish it was the one with the removable grills. Sometimes it's a little hard to clean. I recommend spraying it with olive oil. I would totally buy this again, I think it's great! Lean, Mean, and Simple to UseThis family- sized grill makes a nice alternative for cooking hamburgers, steaks, chicken, pork chops, other meats, and even vegetables. Promoted by former boxing champ George Foreman, this grill can cook up to five hamburgers (or several pieces of other food items) on its non- stick surface.
Fat drains away from foods and is collected in a small tray that is placed at the front of the grill. The way the food is cooked (top and bottom at once) tends to make it more juicy and flavorful- not quite as good as cooking on a charcoal grill, but better than most other preparation methods. You need to be careful with the drip trays, however, because they are not very big and it's common to overflow the trays if a large amount of food is cooked at once, like several hamburgers.
Cleanup is simple with this grill provided you start the process as soon as possible (once it has cooled) after you finishing cooking. If you start cleaning fast enough, the cleanup is a breeze. You can wipe it off with a sponge or paper towel. But if the food has had a chance to dry, it will take a little more elbow grease to break loose. The fact that the surface is non- stick isn't true in the literal sense. The food will still stick if the dirty grill is left sitting for a long period of time.
This grill, like other George Foreman Grills, is a simple device. There are no heat settings or other means to adjust the cooking. You plug it in, wait for the orange light to go off (indicating the unit is warmed up), place food in the grill, close the lid, and wait about five to ten minutes for it to finish. The easy operation makes it very practical, but it also makes it less appealing for more those with more advanced culinary skills. Those who enjoy cooking will consider this device too elementary and lacking in sophistication to take seriously.
This George Foreman model has a few minor annoyances, but I still like it and will continue to use it for the foreseeable future. It makes better tasting food than what you get from skillet preparation and the ease of use makes it second to none for grilling burgers and other meats.

Customer Review:A cheap quick fixI wanted a lightweight, compact vacuum to use every evening after dinner on the kitchen floor. Our regular vac was too bulky to pull out for quick jobs, and we didn't have a spot to charge a cordless. I settled on the Featherweight because it was small enough to hang from my mop rack and only cost $20.
This vac is ideal for picking up dust and pet hair on wood or tile floors. However, I've found that with larger, heavier items (such as spilled dog food), the vac often has to be lifted up over the item and placed right down on top of it in order to pick it up; if I just push the vacuum over dog food, it often just pushes the dog food in front of the vacuum head instead of sucking it up. Removing the vac head and using this as a hand vac works much better for picking up dog food and the like.
I've also found that items about the size of a marble (again, spilled dog food) get jammed right behind the plastic shield covering the intake opening of the vac. To remove them I need to jam a stick back there, loosen the item and then pry it out. This is a pain in the neck that I really don't need.
Finally, there's no way to clean the dust off the filter without using your bare hands; this vac really needed just a tiny brush that attached to the unit to make dusting off the filter easier and neater. As it is, after every use I need to pull clumps of dog fur off the filter with my bare fingers - yuck!
I think that once this breaks (as I'm sure it will - it's made of quite junky plastic and doesn't seem all that durable) I'll go out and spend a bit more money on a higher quality stick vac. However, for $20 this little cheapie picks up the messes and doesn't take up too much space. A "must have"This is easy to use and very light weight. It was just what I needed between weekly visits from the wonderful person who actually vacuums for me (I HATE vacuuming with a passion).
I have a cat and a dog and I garden (sloppily) so I needed something like this that I'd actually use. I took it out of the box, assembled it in about a minute (without even having to read the directions) and I cleaned up my kitchen. It pulled up an amazing amout of fur, etc. Now I'm looking for things to clean.
It took me a few trys to get the emptying part down, but it's easy. Just remove the main unit from the "stick" and empty it over a trash can or empty it over a piece of newspaper on the floor. Since the body is plastic a bit of the fine dust may cling to the outer case, so have a damp paper towel handy to give it a quick exterior wipe. No big deal.
The price is so incredibly reasonable that I bought another one to keep next to the kitty litter box. great vacuum for something so small!I spent hours reading reviews of lightweight vacuums before buying this one. I'm glad I did and I'm just adding my voice to the pack. It's a small vac only suitable for small jobs or small apartments, but it has saved my life! I just leave it plugged in near the kitchen, and it's available to clean up crumbs or whatever any time I need it. I haven't touched my broom for two weeks.
Clean the filter regularly and you will have the perfect lightweight gadget for vacuuming your small home.
